Come again?.....

Don't forget there's still plenty more exciting music to come from the Roman River Festival.   The Festival is named after the Roman River that rises near Great Tey (the enjoyable long-distance path the Essex Way crosses the stream here), runs past Copford and Gosbecks, before joining the Colne Estuary at Fingringhoe. It was in the latter village that the festival started. For those who read my previous post, I'm sorry that some of the links didn't work. So here's the same song again, only this time with the video. John Lennon sings 'Come Together' originally recorded on the Beatles 'Abbey Road' album.
Gwyneth Herbert performs  - catch her at the Arts Centre tomorrow
The author prepares to walk the Essex Way (!)

And click here for a trailer for Wednesday's gig at the Arts Centre, featuring Gwyneth Herbert in a special preview of her project 'Letters I Haven't Written', including video work from Will Duke, and singing from local schoolchildren. Sounds crowded!  Book at the Arts Centre box office or on-line at Roman River Festival. See you there!
